Refund policy
We have a 100% refund policy if our customer receives broken item or the order is not delivered.
Please note we do not allow returns of the product due to the nature of the product being personalized items. We can send the replacement if there is any fault in the product or wrong product is delivered.
How to rise a query for refund or claim for not-delivered orders?
Please Email us to digipinata@gmail.com with the product pictures if you received wrong item or if it is damaged within 3 days of delivery.
When you get the refund?
Once you made the claim by contacting us, we will check your order details and verify the same. Once it is approved by our team, your refund is initiated, you get an confirmation email on your email address used while placing the order. Refund will be credited back to your original payment method used to place the order. In case of any change in refund method or if we need additional information, we will contact you via email.
